| Duties & Responsibilities: | |||
|
Ø Managing 3 stores operation in BJ
Ø Recruitment of Store Sales Personnel along with the Retail Operations
Ø Manager, the Store Manager and the HR Retail Stores Function .
Ø Supervises and supports the Store Managers in managing the Sales associates.
Ø Implements incentive systems for Sales personnel defined by the Retail
Ø Management and constantly monitors them.
Ø Ensures implementation of the training and development projects for the
Ø Personnel in the Stores managed.
Ø Is responsible for achieving the sales objectives for the Store in the Area.
